Home / Architectural Drawings - Blue Prints

Manufacturer, Construction and
Renovation are the biggest user of
Engineer Drawings
and Architectural Blueprints.

The Housing Market is Red-Hot and
there is no sign for slowing down for
at least 10 years
for all kinds of new Home construction.

Architectural is important for not only
important for the construction,
it is also very important for preparing
all the planning, development of the project, but also to conform to the
City Hall's planning and development,
building code, and also the details of the constructions details - the details of the material used, the grade and the
dimension of the driveway,
to the details of the windows
and door details and the details that
interact between 2 types of tradesmen.

we print LARGE "36 x 48"
Architectural Drawings -
large enough to show all the

technical details.

Architectural BluePrints are not only for
Big High Rise Construction; Other users include Small Home Construction,
Business License, Renovation,
Building of Commercial / Retail Stores,
 Construction Sub-trade.

The level of complexity and
the number of copies of these
floor plan / blue prints varies.

We have seen small Engineer Prints of
5 - 10 sheets for a small renovation project,

and 50 - 80 pages in a blueprint set
for an apartment / townhouse projects.
(times 3-4 set of plans)

Extended Hour of Operation
noon - Midnight

One of the biggest challenge in the
trade business and Architectural /
Blueprint Schedule is
"There is never enough time" !!

- tradesman starts their day at 5 am
(before sunrise)

- they never finish finish the meeting
days till end of day (3 - 4 pm ?)

- that would leave no time for
the graphics guy to fix the drawings
and send to print.

- and the skilled tradesman who know
how to do the changes, still need time
to do the changes and
checking them for accuracy.

- - - - - - - - - -

On the other side, The Print Shops
who do BluePrints normally work
on a 9 - 5 operation

Most Printing projects takes 2 - 4 hours
lead time to produce, so the
job submission deadline for

blue print shop is 2 pm (close at 5pm)

5 pm for copy shop / centre (
close at 7pm).

This is inadequate for many smaller tradesman and designer professionals,

who don't finish their meetings and

don't get their design drawings or
revisions until the late hours.

Our Architectural Drawings Department
works late, to help these late birds
get their printing ready for

their early meetings tomorrow.

** late hours Pickup is also available **
